We were instructed under standard JCT contract to construct this 2,000 square metre 5 bedroom luxury home for a private client. The client had previously arranged demolition and site clearance, so we began works at foundation level constructing the shell and core, and then the fit out and finishes. The design consisted of four storeys: with a swimming pool, pump room, Bar, games room and cinema room at Basement level. On the Ground Floor there was a Kitchen & Utility room, with 4 reception rooms, and a garage. The First floor consisted of four bedrooms with ensuites, and the second floor contained the fifth bedroom and ensuite, a storage room and a playroom with a lift core servicing all four floors.
Externally the house was finished with a stone Portico Render, with private gated entrance and new driveway. We also completed the landscaping throughout the grounds.
This was an incredibly prestigious project for us, and the finish we achieved was impeccable. Through careful planning and collaboration with our trusted supply chain, we were able to create a home for our client successfully on budget, and delivered on time, complete with a high quality finish.
